Kids Fitness Program Breakdown
Age Groups:
Little Vikings Fitness (Ages 3-7):
Fun, interactive, and developmentally appropriate exercises focused on motor skills, coordination, and basic fitness concepts.
Kids Fitness (Ages 8-12):
More advanced physical activities, including strength, endurance, agility, and teamwork exercises designed to help children develop lifelong healthy habits.
Program Overview:
At Binding Arts, our Kids Fitness Program is designed to provide a fun and engaging environment where children can improve their physical health, build confidence, and foster teamwork skills. Our certified instructors create age-appropriate workouts that balance fun with fitness, encouraging a lifelong love for physical activity. Through a variety of dynamic exercises such as obstacle courses, bodyweight exercises, stretching, and team-based games, kids will develop essential physical and social skills.
We emphasize creating a positive and inclusive space where every child feels supported and motivated to reach their fitness goals, whether it’s improving coordination, building strength, or just having fun with friends.
Schedule:
Little Vikings Fitness (Ages 3-7):
Tuesday & Thursday: 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM
Kids Fitness (Ages 8-12):
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
